Robin Weelborg: i know how you feel, i have been living with "diagnosed" mental illness for 3 years now. Im 17 and no, the thoughts never stop, they never slow down or get any less intense. Its a living nightmare really.
Adrian Sherlin: Perhaps you are just unconsciously waiting to get used to your new mentality and forgiving yourself for the past. Maybe you just need to find other things to occupy your mind besides attacking this problem you have. Thinking can be a funny thing, when you fight it the wrong way, it can really make things worse.

And those who have been under a doctor's care know what happens when you say those words. Depending on your doctor, they can put you in a psyche ward. And I know- psyche wards, if you shouldn't be in them, literally break your mind and cause you to have problems. They aren't a place to heal- it's where they stick you to keep you and others safe (immediate interventi! on) and put meds in you to get levels up.Anyway...I wonder the! same answer. I don't believe it's a learned behavior, but something that is in certain people....Show more
