Thomas Riner: Run a mile or more everyday and do 200+ situps every other day. Also eat less and healthy. I am doing that right now and i am seeing good results. For 200 situps, do different kinds of them. Like 50 crunches, 50 situps, 50 knee raises, 50 leg raises. Good luck!
