What are some good Art schools that have a good Graphic Design program?

Fred Caminita: The AI chain of schools does not have a very good reputation. Do you want a pure art school, or a very good art program within a broader university? I ask because some of the best graphic design programs are at universities, not pure art schools. But overall, the best GD programs are at: Rhode Island School of Design, Cranbrook Academy of Art, Art Center College of Desi! gn, Virginia Commonwealth U, Carnegie Mellon, North Carolina State U, U Illinois Urbana, Pratt Institute, School of Visual Arts, and Maryland Institute College of Art.Do I remember you saying you're in Los Angeles? If you want good art schools in Cali, the best are: UCLA, Otis College of Art, Art Center College of Design, Cal Arts, UCSD, UC Davis, San Francisco Art Institute (not part of the AI chain of schools), UC Berkeley, USC.
