You file a claim in small claims court for your damages, and sue them directly.BUT, if you want to file a COMPLAINT wiht the department of insurance, you can do that here: http://insurance.mo.gov/consumer/complaints/index....The insurance department only regulates insurance companies licensed to do business in that state; they do NOT have access to an individual's insurance information - that would be in violation of the privacy laws....Show more
