Raleigh Lufkin: Friendship bracelets are a good craft for tweens. Have a selection of patterns and a lot of floss of different colors.Tie-dye T-shirts are a good tween craft. Kits are available at craft stores for the dye, and they contain pattern suggestions. Plain white T-shirts are also available at craft shops or at Target or Wallmart.Assemble-your-own-pizza is a cross between a craft and preparing a meal or a snack. You can start with frozen dough, frozen crusts, or prebaked crusts such as Boboli if you don't want to tackle making the dough from scratch (although it isn't difficult and the squishy part could be fun). Lilli Kochel: I would also agree about tee shirt activities. All kids especially girls like making their own fashions. Picture frames to decorate ! with markers,jewels, glitter, etc. Then of course you take that great group shot of the girls. Some small canvas totes (to decorate and personalize) are also nice and handy to have for carrying all the gifts home.Hope this helps....Show more
