Every state has government and private services available. They just are not very good at promoting them, and people do not know they exist The DHHS in Maine can likely direct you to them....answers 2:Free dental services are generally uncommon, as fees cover not just physical labor on the part of your dentist, but also the use of dental and diagnostic equipmen! t. However, if you visit a nearby dental school, you can be treated by a student (under supervision by a licensed dentist) for a greatly reduced rate.
