How to stay plump and vegan?

Hollis Demasters: There are many vegan alternatives to traditional foods that don't differ too much from the real thing. For example, soy cheese instead of cheese, or veganaise instead of mayonnaise. Also, try to eat a healthy amount of good fats (nuts, nut butters, avocados, olive oil,) the possibilities are endless!

Jimmie Doerfler: Cold pressed olive oil. dressing you make yourself olives avocados nuts high fat content foods.

Armanda Hertel: I am still learning about this process and i am not all the way there yet. but i found a vegan green ,protein powder to add to my shakes. most health food stores have them. and seeds and nuts help alot. i have also added cold pressed coconut oil . it can be added to alot of different things, even smoothies.

Mel Crapo: Regularly eat sugary homemade fruits snacks and fruits juice..not too much. Balance your "good" fats (avocado, nuts, oils, etc.) to your liking. And don't exercise more than 3x weekly.

Davi! d Boehler: Beans and pulses are a good source of carbs so can help you keep some weight if you switch over to becoming a vegan. Carbs and sugar that you don't use are stored as fat in the body, so you don't have to necessarily go about trying to find fatty food. Quite a lot of boiled sweets and snacks (chips, crisps, trail-mix etc. are vegan friendly, so you won't have to give up on those either!

Victor Macallister: kiana is referring to vegan alternatives, but not RAW vegan foods. Some high-calorie foods for a raw vegan diet include: sprouted beans, sprouted grains, raw cashews, raw walnuts, raw sunflower seeds, raw sesame seeds, raw pecans, avocados, dates, water coconut, raw fruit juices, bananas, pineapple.Sometimes I eat raw pecans together with dates because it tastes like pecan pie. It's very high in calories, protein and carbs, and it's delicious....Show more

Dulcie Edis: Honestly? I am vegan and very plump.... if you are vegan... BREAKING THE DIET IS N! OT AN OPTION.
